BUSINESS STATEMENT AND PHILOSOPHY

Alaska Salmon Express is a foodservice company specializing in serving healthy fast seafood and specialty cut retail portions of Alaska salmon and halibut.

Sales are accomplished thru any of five venues; drive-thru deli, food court, casual sit-down restaurant/deli, mobile trailer, and street vending. Sales methods include direct, delivery and internet.

The market niche is based around healthy, sustainable,natural seafood which is ocean caught by fisherman who follow a specific harvesting program to insure superior quality. Working closely together franchisee, franchisor and "franchise fisherman" establish the primary product upon which all food items are based.
